Please contact the shelter at 913 432-7548 regarding your daughters dogs. You can speak to the Intake Department and they will be able to let you know if their is room.

Wondered about the dog that Maria was holding during her report of the burglary on KMBC at 6 p.m. Tuesday. I changed channels just as she finished up, so did not hear anything about the dog. We have a 15-month-old doxy and have been considering the idea of getting a companion for her.

We adopted Archie from Oak Park Mall and he has been a wonderful addition to our family. I’m pretty sure he was happy that “Santa” brought him his very own back yard for an early Christmas present!!!!
